Here is the final Conference Schedule with ROOM ASSIGNMENTS: AJJ2026 Program
The AJJ at Akita University will be held in two buildings on the TEGATA CAMPUS (i.e., the MAIN CAMPUS).
One building is called “Pan-Ichi” 一般教育1号館, aka General Ed. 1 Building.
The other building is called “Pan-Ni” 一般教育2号館, aka General Ed. 2 Building.
They are directly across from each other.

To get to Pan-Ichi or Pan-Ni, got to the Tegata Campus MAIN GATE:
Go through the gate passing the information center on your right.
Look up, you will see a digital clock, go towards the clock, pass under the clock, before you reach the East Gate (and the end of the road), LOOK LEFT. There is burgundy trimmed building. That is Pan-Ichi where, in the lobby and room 107, you can enjoy coffee, snacks, or escape.
LOOK RIGHT, you will see a yellow trimmed building. That is Pan-Ni, registration is in the lobby.
We have rooms 101. 102, and 103 booked. And panels will be held there.
Giving Your Presentation
The rooms all have HDMI cables, speakers, and the supplied laptop has internet access. We have c drive adapters.
You will make everyone’s life easier if you put the 3 presentations for your panel (a few minutes before preferably) on a USB and present your work from that.
Getting Snacks for Yourself, etc.
Granmart is the closest super market (about 300m from the main gate) with a WIDE VARIETY of pre-made foods. Granmart
FamilyMart is also close by and has an ATM, freshbrewed coffee, etc. FamilyMart
7-Eleven is also accessible from Pan-Ichi and Pan-Ni. 7-Eleven
Parking on Campus
Parking is LIMITED.
For those coming by car, visitor parking can be found by the university’s EAST GATE (HERE).
The EAST GATE is directly behind/ adjacent to the buildings in which the conference will be held.
